Terms of Service

DeepZik is an AI-assisted audio and video content creation platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, credentials, and any activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Uploaded Content and Rights (You Must Own/Have Rights)

You may upload, provide, or use content within DeepZik (including text, images, videos, logos, voice, music, excerpts, or any other material). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to (i) use such content, (ii) submit it to the service, and (iii) allow it to be processed as part of DeepZik features.

You must not upload or use content that (a) infringes copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy/personality rights, or any other third-party rights, or (b) is obtained, copied, or distributed without authorization.

3. Generated Output and Responsibility

Generated outputs (audio, video, scripts, visuals, etc.) depend on the uploaded content and your instructions. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including third-party rights).

Specific Clause - Audio Upload and Analysis (Private Studio Use)

1. Purpose of the service

DeepZik provides a technical tool that allows the User to upload an audio file in order to generate a new musical interpretation for strictly private and creative purposes.

The Service acts solely as an automated technical audio-processing tool.

2. User warranty

The User represents and warrants:

• They own the necessary rights or have legal authorization to use the submitted audio file.
• The submitted file was lawfully acquired or is used in compliance with applicable laws.
• Use of the Service complies with third-party intellectual property rights.

The User remains solely responsible for the content uploaded to the Service.

3. Temporary technical processing

Audio files uploaded by the User:

• Are processed only on a temporary and transitory basis.
• Are not permanently stored.
• Are not archived, indexed, retained, or reused.
• Are not integrated into any database or dataset.
• Are automatically deleted after technical processing is completed.

This processing is a technical operation necessary for the Service to function and does not create any independent exploitation of the original work.

4. No dissemination

DeepZik does not broadcast, communicate to the public, or distribute uploaded original audio files.

Any later dissemination of a work generated from an uploaded file is the sole responsibility of the User, who must obtain any required licenses where applicable (including mechanical licenses for covers).

5. No exploitation of the original work

DeepZik:

• Claims no rights over the uploaded original work.
• Does not commercially exploit the original work.
• Does not extract works for model training or enrichment purposes.
• Does not retain extracted musical elements beyond immediate processing.

6. Liability

DeepZik acts as a technical service provider. Responsibility for the legality of the submitted file and its use lies solely with the User.

In case of a third-party claim regarding an uploaded file, the User agrees to indemnify DeepZik for any harm resulting from use of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to create, publish, or share illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures, access unauthorized areas, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload content you do not own or do not have the necessary rights/permissions to use.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Purchases may be managed through the App Store / Google Play (if applicable). Credits provide access to certain features and may expire or change depending on the current offer. Prices, quotas, and features may change.

6. Fair Use Policy

Subscriptions are intended for personal, reasonable use. To prevent automated abuse or 24/7 usage, we apply a fair use policy that may include a weekly cap (for example, 80 audio creations per week).

If the limit is exceeded, generation access may be temporarily limited until the next weekly cycle.

Account Deletion

Delete your account from the profile page by clicking the menu in the top-right corner.

Deleting your account causes all of your creations to become public.

Distribution of Downloaded Creations

If you have downloaded your creations, please note that certain usage rights granted by DeepZik are tied to your subscription plan. Any distribution or exploitation of a creation outside the terms of your subscription, or without the necessary rights and licenses, is your sole responsibility. Failure to comply with applicable intellectual property rights or licensing terms may expose you to claims from rights holders, liability for damages, and any other consequences provided for under applicable law.

IP Infringement Reporting (Notice-and-Takedown)

If you believe content available through DeepZik infringes your rights (copyright, trademark, image rights, etc.), you may report it. We may remove or disable access to the relevant content and, where appropriate, take action against the account that uploaded it.

To help us process your request promptly, please include: (1) your contact details, (2) a description of the work or right claimed, (3) the URL/ID or other information to precisely identify the allegedly infringing content, (4) an explanation of the basis for the claim, and (5) a statement made in good faith that the information is accurate.

We may request additional information, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit handling of requests that are clearly abusive or insufficiently supported. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or banned.

7. Suspension / Termination (Including IP Violations)

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, and/or take appropriate action if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you (i) violate these Terms, (ii) infringe third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, image rights), (iii) engage in fraud, or (iv) use the service abusively.

In case of infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights, we may ban your account without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeepZik is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for your use of uploaded or generated content.
